1. Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You can explore every feature of your chosen plan risk-free before any charge is made.

If you decide FirstAidLog is not right for you during the trial period, simply do not add a payment method. Your account will automatically revert to limited access at the end of the trial — no action required and no charge will be made.

2. No Refunds After the Trial Period

Once your free trial ends and your first payment is processed, we do not provide refunds for:

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). If a statutory guarantee applies to a supply of our service and cannot be excluded, we will provide a remedy as required by law. 3. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate (equivalent to approximately 2 months free compared to the monthly rate).

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period, as set out in sections 2 and 3 above.

5. Billing Errors & Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, charged after cancellation, charged twice, or charged an incorrect amount — please contact us promptly and we will investigate.

How to raise a billing dispute

Billing is processed by Stripe. If you have difficulty reaching us, you may also raise a dispute through your bank or card issuer at any time.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This policy is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
